Standard Cleaning

Our most-booked cleaning. It covers the rooms you use every day and keeps a home that is already in reasonable shape looking and feeling looked-after.

Best for: Homes cleaned regularly, or a tidy-up before guests arrive.

Book a standard clean

Typically includes

  • Kitchen counters, sink, stovetop and appliance exteriors
  • Bathroom sinks, counters, toilets, tubs and showers
  • Dusting reachable surfaces, shelves and sills
  • Vacuuming carpets and rugs, mopping hard floors
  • Making beds with linens already on them, trash taken out

Deep Cleaning

Everything in a standard cleaning, with meaningfully more time spent on the buildup that regular cleaning does not reach. This is the right starting point for most first-time customers.

Best for: First cleanings, seasonal resets, or homes after a busy stretch.

Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning

Designed for homes with the furniture out. Cabinets, closets and appliances get cleaned inside, which is exactly what landlords, property managers and buyers look at.

Best for: End-of-lease turnovers, closings, and new-home move-ins.

Airbnb / Short-Term Rental Turnovers

Turnovers are about repeatability. We reset the space the same way every time so your listing looks the way your photos promise, and we flag anything that needs your attention.

Best for: Hosts and property managers in Palm Beach County.

  • Linens and towels changed when you provide them
  • Trash and recycling handled, dishes cleared
  • Staging touches so the space photographs and shows well
  • A note back to you about anything that needs attention

Frequency

One-time or on a repeating schedule.

Any service above can be booked once. Standard cleanings can also repeat on a schedule you choose during booking.

  • Weekly

    The same day every week. Best for larger households, homes with pets, or anyone who wants their home to always feel just-cleaned.

  • Every other week

    Our most popular schedule. Enough cadence to stay ahead of buildup without paying for cleanings you do not need.

  • Monthly

    A reliable monthly reset for tidy homes, smaller spaces, or a second residence that gets seasonal use.

Good to know

A few things we are straightforward about.

Do you bring supplies?
Cleaners generally arrive with the ordinary products and equipment needed for the job. If you would prefer specific products used in your home, leave a note on your booking request and provide them.
How is pricing decided?
We quote from the details on your request - service type, size of the home, condition and add-ons - and confirm the number with you before scheduling. Nothing is charged through the website today.
What is not included?
Exterior windows, heavy clutter removal, mold or biohazard remediation, pest issues, and anything requiring a ladder above standard reach. Ask us and we will point you in the right direction.
Can I change or cancel?
Yes. Contact us and we will move or cancel the visit. Recurring plans have no contract and no cancellation fee.
