Who we are

Fresh My Home is operated by Krovance LLC, a Florida limited liability company, which provides residential cleaning services in Palm Beach County, Florida. In this policy, “Fresh My Home”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Krovance LLC, and Krovance LLC is the business responsible for the information described below.

This policy covers freshmyhome.com and the booking, account and cleaner-application features on it.

Information we collect

Information you give us

• Booking requests: service type, property details (bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, home type, floors, pets), add-ons, preferred date and arrival window, recurrence, service address, and the name, email and phone number you give as contact details.
• Cleaner applications: your name, email, phone, city, ZIP code, transportation and licence answers, experience, availability, supplies access, written answers to our questions, and the consent checkboxes you tick.
• Contact messages: your name, email, optional phone number, subject and message.

Information from Google Sign-In

When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile image, plus the tokens Google issues so we can establish your session. We do not receive your Google password, and we do not request access to your Gmail, Drive, contacts or calendar.

Information collected automatically

Our server logs standard request information such as IP address and user agent. We use IP addresses to apply basic rate limits that protect our forms from abuse. We do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

How we use your information

• To review, price, confirm and schedule cleaning requests.
• To match a cleaner to your job and give them the details they need to do it.
• To review cleaner applications and decide who to work with.
• To respond to messages you send us.
• To keep your account, booking history and application status available to you.
• To protect the site from spam and abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Who can see your information

• You: your own bookings and application are visible in your account. You cannot see another customer’s records, and they cannot see yours.
• Fresh My Home staff: administrators listed in our configuration can review bookings, applications and messages in order to run the business.
• Assigned cleaners: a cleaner assigned to your job receives what they need to complete it, such as the service address, access notes and scope.
• Service providers: our hosting provider and our database provider store this data on our behalf. Google processes your sign-in.
• Legal: we may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of people or property.

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and short-lived cookies used during the Google sign-in exchange to prevent request forgery. These cookies are marked HttpOnly and, in production, Secure. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How long we keep information

Booking records are kept while your account is active and afterwards as long as we need them for tax, accounting and dispute purposes. Cleaner applications are kept while we are considering you and for a reasonable period afterwards. Contact messages are kept until they are resolved and archived.

Security

Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit. Access to bookings and applications is checked on the server for every request, not just hidden in the interface. Administrative access is limited to a short list of verified email addresses. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as government identifiers or payment card numbers through our forms.

Your choices

• You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you.
• You can ask us to correct information that is wrong.
• You can ask us to delete your account and associated records, subject to records we are required to keep.
• You can withdraw a cleaner application at any time.

Send any of these requests through our contact form or email tyler@krovance.com. We will verify that the request comes from the account holder before acting on it.

Children

This site is not intended for children. You must be at least 18 to submit a cleaner application, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
